These terms govern your use of WHY HATS, operated by WHY Hospitality Ltd. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Using WHY HATS
- WHY HATS is a recruitment marketplace connecting hospitality job seekers with employer and venue accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your right to work where applicable
- You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with anyone else
Employer and venue accounts
- Job posts must accurately describe the role, pay, and requirements
- You may not use WHY HATS to discriminate against candidates on any protected characteristic
- You are responsible for complying with employment law in the jurisdictions in which you hire
- We may suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law
The WHY Assessment and matching
- Trait-based matching is provided to help surface relevant opportunities and candidates — it does not guarantee a match, interview, or hire
- Assessment results belong to the candidate and are shared with employers only as the candidate permits
Acceptable use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access to the platform outside of features we provide
- No uploading unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
- No attempting to circumvent security, rate limits, or account restrictions
Liability and changes
- WHY HATS is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- To the extent permitted by law, WHY Hospitality Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
- We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
