Warmerly: email tools for hiring teams

Warmerly is an email outreach platform. It helps you send emails that reach the inbox and not the spam folder. This page explains what it does and how a hospitality team might use it.

A note on who is behind it

Warmerly is built by Kristiyan Tsvetanov. Kristiyan is also the platform engineer at WHY HATS. So WHY HATS and Warmerly are connected through him. We are telling you this openly so you can make up your own mind. Warmerly is a separate product. You do not need it to use WHY HATS.

What Warmerly does

Mailbox warmup

A new email address has no good name yet. Mail providers such as Gmail may send its emails to spam. Warmup means the mailbox sends and receives normal emails for a few weeks. This builds a good name, so your real emails are more likely to reach the inbox.

Outreach campaigns with follow-ups

An outreach campaign sends the same message to many people, with each email addressed to one person. You can set follow-up emails too. If someone replies, the follow-ups stop.

Hosted mailboxes

If you do not have enough email addresses for outreach, Warmerly can provide mailboxes for you. It manages the technical setup.

Transactional email

These are the automatic emails a system sends after an action, such as "we received your application" or "your interview is booked". They are sent one by one, not in bulk.

How it could help hospitality hiring

Venues and employers

Invite people you already know, such as past applicants or former staff, to apply for a new vacancy. Send a clear, personal email, and follow up once if there is no reply.

Hospitality recruiters

Promote open vacancies to candidates, or reach out to venues that may need staff. Warmup helps your emails land in the inbox, so more people see them.

Booking and application confirmations

When a candidate applies or an interview is booked, an automatic confirmation email gives them peace of mind. Transactional email is built for exactly this.

Good practice for outreach

Only email people who may actually want to hear from you. Say who you are and why you are writing. Make it easy to say no. Email rules differ by country, so check what applies to you.
